Absolutely! Most recipes in this course are carefully chosen to freeze and reheat well without losing flavor or texture. I will tell you if the recipe is not suitable for freezing. You'll also learn simple techniques to properly store and reheat meals so they stay delicious, fresh-tasting, and nourishing. No more soggy or bland leftovers!
Plan for about 4-5 hours per week. This includes watching short lessons, organizing your cooking plan, prepping, and cooking your meals. Please note, grocery shopping is not included. The course is designed to help you be efficient, so you can actually save a lot of time during the rest of your week by having nourishing meals ready to go!
Yes, 100%! This course is designed for all cooking levels — even if you've never meal prepped before. You'll get step-by-step guidance, beginner-friendly recipes, and tips to boost your kitchen confidence without feeling overwhelmed. Meal prep doesn't have to be complicated, and you'll be surprised at how quickly you improve!
This kitchen equipment is highly recommended to get the most out of the course. Even though, many recipes are flexible and can be adapted for simpler setups, like countertop appliances (air fryer, hot plate, etc.), it might be better to wait until you have access, so you can fully benefit from this course.
The course already includes both omnivore and vegetarian options to suit different lifestyles. Plus, a new feature is coming soon: a recipe filter to help you easily adapt the meal plans to your dietary needs. If you have very specific or medical dietary needs, you might need a more personalized plan.
You will get access to the Summer Course on the 16th of June whether you get a Support + format or an Individual option. Due to seasonality, I decided to completely update by winter version of the course and I'm currently putting a lot of work into it so that you can have the best experience!
Absolutely! The Meal Planner tool comes with a growing database of recipes, but you can also add your own favorites. This means you can fully personalize your meal plans, mixing your own recipes with the course ones, and making the tool work perfectly for your taste and needs for whole six months after purchasing the course. Past this time, you will have a possibility to subscribe monthly/yearly for a small price if you wish to continue using the tool.
It shouldn't stop you from getting the Support + option! Even if you miss several weeks, you'll still have 3 months to finish the course and get all your questions answered.
